the receptionists were really kind and helpful, especially with directions. i liked that coffee and tea were available anytime from the machines. the breakfast had various choices, i even took some away for a later snack.
the car park required an additional fee, which i found a bit unexpected.

the shower was acceptable and clean which i guess is something.
the breakfast cost extra but wasn't worth it i felt it was quite basic. the room also lacked any tea or coffee facilities which was annoying. the biggest problem was that the bathroom just didn't seem properly cleaned there were some questionable stains.

The staff spoke English. This made communication easy. Modern rooms included a cozy bathroom. The availability of a parking garage was convenient.
The hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the Eurostar terminal. It is also a similar walk to the city center. This makes it not very useful for exploring. Bedrooms overlook a major road so you cannot open the windows.
